The Congress has secured rooms at special rates at a number of hotels in close proximity to the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre. A list of these is provided below.
When booking for the Congress through the online system you will be required to pre-pay your accommodation. Please note, hotel booking policies are very restrictive at these special rates. If you have to cancel or alter a booking please contact the Congress secretariat as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may incur a charge of the cost of the first night’s accommodation.
Check in time for each hotel is 2pm. Should you require an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
All rates are quoted per room per night and do not include breakfast unless specified. Apartment rates are quoted on a minimum of a 2 night booking and do not include breakfast.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
