Congress Gala Dinner
Please note the Congress Dinner is not included in the Congress Registration price. Tickets must be purchased separately for $140 per person during the second stage of the registration process. Tickets may also be purchased for partners not attending the Congress. The Congress Dinner will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Thursday 15th April. The dress will be semi-formal.

Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
The cost of the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception is included in a full registration. Additional partner tickets can be purchased at $80 per person.
Tickets for the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception can also be purchased by the public for $80 per person - please select the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception Only option on page 2.
Wednesday Breakfast with Dr William Bird - Wednesday 14th April MCEC Ballroom 7.15am
The cost of the Breakfast is included in a full registration.
Tickets can also be purchased by the public for $75 per person - please select the Wednesday Breakfast Only option on page 2.
Corporate Registrations
A corporate registration enables an organisation to purchase one or more transferable congress registrations. That is, one registration can be shared between a number of employees. Conditions of a single corporate registration:- only one employee is entitled to be in attendance at any one time.
- the corporate badge will be available at the Congress registration desk and must be left at the desk when the delegate departs to enable its use by another employee.
- replacement badges will not be reprinted.

One full registration includes:

- one ticket to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception *
- morning/afternoon teas and lunch on 5 days

Carbon offsetting
Carbon Offsetting for your Congress attendance is included in your registration. If you would like to offset your air travel you will be able to do so at the following rates:
- Australian travel @ $20
- Asian travel @ $30
- Europe, North America @ $40
Accommodation
A separate page of this web site details the options on offer for delegates. If you wish to change or book accommodation after you have already registered, simply email your preferences direct to ASN Events.
Payments
Payment can be made at the time of registration by the following methods:
- Credit card (Visa or Mastercard). All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query they will contact you. ASN supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.
- Payment by cheque (bank cheques must be in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian Bank for international delegates).
- EFT Transfer – please select the pay by cheque option and you will be sent a Tax Invoice from the ASN office with banking details.
- Group payment for members/employees of a group of registrants. Group members must include the name of their Group Leader and their email address. A final Group Tax Invoice will be sent to the group leader for payment.
Acknowledgement
Immediately upon completion of online registration, you will be sent a lodgement confirmation email which includes a tax invoice as an attachment. Within 2 working days of your registration you will be sent a registration confirmation email by an ASN Events staff member. If you do not receive both of these please contact the ASN Events office.
Terms and Conditions
Early Bird Payments - If your registration was made before the early bird deadline expiry (31 January 2010), but the payment was not made at the time and has not been received by two weeks after the deadline, the early bird discount will be removed.
Changes - Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should be directed in an email to the conference secretariat who will endeavour to accommodate the request.
Cancellation Policy - Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before 10th March 2010. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
Insurance - The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Congress committee or Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
